R.I.P. Keith Parkinson

Keith Parkinson has died at the disturbingly young age of 47. Mr. Parkinson was, in my opinion, the best fantasy artist who ever set brush to canvas. His works adorned the Second Edition AD&D book covers, the Dragonlance series of books, the online game Everquest, the books of David Eddings, Terry Brooks, and many, many more literary and gaming works. He will be greatly missed.

You can see further samples of his works here.

I didn't realize he was the artist of so many familiar titles and such beautiful artwork too. Only 47? Way too young!

Hmmm.... Madbuilder needs to type slower so he doesn't read like a drunken Esperanto instructor. :)
