Floating Tards

Two drunken morons at a Rhode Island wedding thought it would be funny if they went out on the water and fired off emergency flares to "celebrate." The Coast Guard duly dispatched rescue forces toward the flares, whereupon they discovered the genetic flotsam. Then they levied a $10,000 fine.
