Moooving Target

The evil bovines have found a way to protect their shock troops from electrical weapons! Er... I mean...

Nevermind. The important part is that a new threat in the ongoing Cow War has reared its ugly horns. Remember: lethal force or nothing! (Try not to hit the tenderloin; that's wasteful.)
