Not a Nuke

The French government weighs in on the recent North Korean nuclear test:

France said outright for the first time Wednesday that North Korea’s proclaimed nuclear test produced such a small blast that it must have failed

As much as it pains me to admit this, the French are probably right. They are, after all, the leading experts where military failure is concerned.
