Some good advice on longevity from a centenarian:

"Drink beer," Irene Alice Goguen said. "I did, I'm still living." Goguen celebrated her 100th birthday Monday.

But her husband never drank, she said.

And he's dead! Witness the horrible wages of excessive sobriety.
