Death of Hope

Some very striking full-motion art that's set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. Don't worry if you don't understand what's happening; you'd have to be pretty heavily steeped in the lore and have read a lot of the novels to "get it." Just enjoy the extraordinary artwork. I particularly liked his rendering of Astartes without armor on; it gives some idea of how massive and inhuman-looking they would be. The setting is the Horus Heresy (the so-called "30K" sub-genre) and it is focused around Chaos traitors, so the imagery can be a bit disturbing if you're the shrinking violet type. I suspect nobody here fits that description, but I gave the obligatory warning anyway. Just don't let any young children see it or they won't sleep for a week.
