The last time a feeble leader of a fading nation came bearing “Peace in our time,” a pugnacious controversial right-winger retorted, “You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war.” That right-winger went on to lead the United Kingdom against Hitler.
The latest worthless agreement with a murderous dictatorship is being brandished by John Kerry, a man who instinctively seeks out dishonor the way a pig roots for truffles.

I think alot of there actions go back to their twisted notion of FAIRNESS. They do not see America as a shining beacon for good and Freedom. They see it as a big, Imperialist, bully, that needs to be taken down a notch. To do this, they make deals with despots and dictators and our enemies and frenemies to "even" the playing field. They have a world view, and in that view (which is very socialistic) everyone is equal and has an equal say and power, thus making the world a "better" and "safer" place.
