All the Government you ask for

FDA bans import of cheese after 20 years

The story states that the FDA has banned Mimolette, a type of French cheese that uses cheese mites in the fermentation process. I know gross, but cheese is nothing but fermented milk anyway so shut up. Now, I would probably never eat this stuff, even though most cheeses made in america taste like...american cheese ( if you have ever had Euro cheese, then you know what cheese is supposed to taste like). The funny thing is this stuff has been imported since probably before we were a country. My take is some Bureaucrat read up on it and said "EEEWWWWW!" and stopped its importation. There you go Libs. Gather outside your Whole Foods and whatever other sandal wearing grocery store you go to and protest the Government you have been harping for. A free market would have you munching on cheese mites as we speak.
