And why, pray tell, was this mental nutsack allowed anywhere near a nuclear submarine? Surely it can't be that difficult to find and hire an emotionally stable painter. Chimpanzees can be taught to use a paint brush, after all.

Case in point, one of my many careers was as a painter. I like to think I was pretty good at it, but I didn't like working for peanuts.
