Taking stalking to new depths:
I thought that chick who kept showing up at my window was creepy. By this standard, she was quite well-adjusted. I still had her hauled off to jail, though. Because people tap-tap-tapping on your bedroom window at 3 a.m. will freak you right the fuck out, believe me.
An obsessed lover in New Zealand built a hideout inside his ex-partner's house and used it to spy on her. The 25-year-old man - who has name suppression - spent many hours in the hidden cavity, under a flight of stairs, and stocked it with clothes, bedding, food, candles, torches - and an arsenal of weapons. He also cut holes in the plasterboard of the hideout and created trapdoors, giving him access to the whole house.

What a puss! You had every opportunity for free target practice and you called in the Law. Turn in you CWP now and do not pass go!
Yeah, well... It's that whole thing about going to jail for an illegal shooting, (see anal impalement story above). Besides, the computer was sitting right next the window, and the only projectile weapon I had available at the time was a sawed-off shotgun. The risk of collateral damage was simply unacceptable.
