Dumb Defending Dumber

Though not a practitioner herself, Jennifer Lopez spoke up on behalf of Scientology...

"My dad has been a Scientologist for 20 years," Lopez, 37, told South Florida's NBC6. "It's weird people want to paint it in a negative way."

Yeah, that's pretty weird, huh? I wonder why people would think Scientologists are loopy...

Tom Cruise is the new "Christ" of Scientology, according to leaders of the cult-like religion.

Does this mean we get to nail Tom Cruise to a tree? (Okay, it'd have to be a bonsai tree...)
