A View From the (PC) Bridge

This has gone too far:

Sebastiano Lo Monaco was smoking, in line with the script, while playing the main character Sunday in Miller's "A View from the Bridge" at a theater in the northeastern city of Mestre, when a woman from the audience shouted "Put out that cigarette."

So he did. And they rewrote a classic Arthur Miller play on the spot to accomodate this... person.

There's a lot more I'd like to say, but it would be gratuitous. In any case, I feel my temples beginning to pound.
