Socialized medicine strikes again.
Were I this little girl's father, first I would attempt to sue the idiot "doctors" who mis-diagnosed her and take everything they own, right down to racing-striped underwear and the week-old bread on their countertops. Of course, Britain being the completely screwed up place that it currently is, these "doctors" are probably granted immunity by what passes for the justice system there today. In that case, I'd just have to settle for pummeling them until they couldn't form complete sentences for the rest of their useless lives.
This is the medical care system the liberals are always raving about, and want us to bring about here in the United States. In rebuttal, (as if the above article was not enough), read Article V of the Bill of No Rights; that sums it up quite nicely.
