Stupid Lawyer Tricks

Woman burned by Starbucks coffee awarded $100K

Because we live in a litigious society, a woman who is too dumb to keep from spilling coffee in her lap gets a trip to the bank. On the other hand it's Starbucks, so I find myself feeling indifferent on the matter.
