One of the members of the board pointed out later that this photo was taken before "Any of the men on the board arrived". That's good and all, but where are they going to sit? Looks to me that all the seats at the table are taken. I didn't see any seats along the wall either. That tells me anyone arriving after this photo will have to stand in the back. It may not have been their intention, but it says volumes about the attitude at the place.
Oh, left out that a "source" stated that five of the women identify as minorities. Like Elizabeth Warren and Rachel Dolezal are minorities? There are three Asians in the photo so where are the other two? I'm going to say they went the Warren/Dolezal route.
Personally I could not care what the racial/gender make-up of their board is, as long as the best person for the job is in that position. However, don't be screaming equality when you don't have it yourself.

I suspect that the male members of the board -- I did not say men -- are lacking a few Y chromosomes themselves, so it'd make little difference.
