Taking out the trash

Mexico's President Enrique Pena Nieto has fired federal police chief Enrique Galindo, following a report police killed at least 22 suspected members of a drug cartel.

You're doing it wrong. You're supposed to promote such men, not fire them. But of course, like every other politician in Mexico, you're on the take from the cartels. It's how you got into power in the first place. Hell, the Mexican government is little more than a giant cartel at this point. We may as well cut out the middle men and deal directly with the drug lords. Save a lot of time that way, and I bet they'll be more willing to keep their peasants in their own damned yard.
