Oops

The Azerbaijani government released the results of their presidential election, which sees the incumbent remaining in office. Only one hitch: the election hadn't been held yet.

If he wants to rig elections, he should take lessons from American Democrats. At least they wait until the day of the election to start tampering with ballots and casting the votes of dead people.
