The Future of '67

This has been making the rounds on the blogs for the last week, but I thought I'd throw it up here in case you haven't see it yet. It's a short video from 1967 of Walter Cronkite demonstrating a home office of the future. It's a surprisingly accurate prediction, (minus the newspaper printer).

I'd pay good money for some computer cases sporting that sexy 1960s design motif. Knobs and dials and switches are the new chic, you know. Touchscreen is so passé.

So let it be written, so it shall be done.

Looks like people are already working on that 60's case mod for you jar(egg)head! :)

OK, I'm in. I love the '60's style. Post Modern is the way to go.
If Ikea would get on board, I'd buy more junk furniture from them.
