Higher "education":

[Two] Florida Gulf Coast University professors offer classes this term using movies to teach political science and journalism.

The movies in these FGCU classes are sprinkled with Academy Award-winning films, classics such as “Citizen Kane,” ‘To Kill A Mockingbird” and “All The President’s Men.” That last one is on the list in both classes, where the goals aren’t winning Oscars but learning government or journalism.

"Learning" from Hollywood is what got us into this fucking mess in the first place.

We have been sold a bill of goods that smell like crap and been told its roses. The establishment and progressives have pushed for everyone to get a college education that it is now reaching a point that a 4 year degree is about as good a high school diploma was 20 years ago. We currently have in this nation, the highest educated wait staff and short order cooks in the world, and they are carrying almost a trillion dollars in college loan debt as well. Yet, for some reason college tuition continues to rise at 3 times the level of inflation. I can not wait for the college bubble to burst.
