A Sanford man showing off the safety features of his new pistol to a group of friends shot himself dead after pointing the weapon at his head and pulling the trigger without the safety engaged...


I always enjoy seeing stupidity manifest itself in a closed loop.

Thought this was interesting....
"Butler had not gotten a permit through the sheriff's office to purchase a handgun". Where the hell did this happen that you have to get permission to buy a gun. Of course, in this case it might have saved the dumbass's life.
