Killin's too good fer 'im

Can anyone give me a single good reason why this douchebag shouldn't be drawn and quartered?

(CliffsNotes version: he published data linking childhood vaccinations to autism, causing parental panic and skyrocketing numbers in measles and other childhood diseases. Turns out he was paid to falsify the data by a law firm planning on suing vaccine manufacturers. There is no link between vaccinations and autism.)
