WaPo Columnist: The Constitution is Impossible to Understand Because It’s Over 100 Years Oldfirst amendment

Let us take a look at some of that confusing text:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Wow I am so confused. What a fucking retard, the ignorance of his statement has momentarily sent me in a blind rage of hate for all things Ivy League.

You know, was going to sit down and write one of those lists that everyone is fond of doing at the end of the year, ya know, best songs, biggest stories, etc. I was planning on doing it on the stupidest stories that were in the news this year, but I cannot top that unbelievable statement made by that moron. End of list, dumbest person on the planet..I also noticed he was an "expert" on MSNBC.

Hey, the communist manifesto is also pretty damn old. Can we throw that out too? We can't seem to toss it just because it's drivel, so maybe we can shut everybody up because it's old.

That's an excellent idea, curmudgeon. In fact, I'll even agree to throw out all the concepts in the Constitution if they'll agree to throw out the Manifesto and its offspring. Then we can start from scratch. Hrm... how to decide on the new rules of government?

Ooh, I know! Them with the most guns makes the rules. Being a gun owner, I'll start us off...

Article 1, Lawyers: At no time shall the number of attorneys member to any legislative or judicial body exceed in percentage the statistical representation of that profession in relation to the total population.

Article 2, Debtor Prisons: Any person more than 24 months indebted to the taxpayers for received welfare payments, and unable to repay said debt within a period not to exceed 24 months, will be incarcerated on a prison barge and provided minimal rations of bread and water for a period equal to the total number of months of non-repayment. Survivors will be granted parole conditional upon continuous employment and payment of all future taxes and obligations.

Article 3, The Red Rule: Any person inciting to communism, socialism, pluralism, or any related form of failed governmental or economic system will be summarily shot.

Hey, I kinda like this game. Let's play!
