Big Dog

A robotic pack mule currently under development for DARPA.

Please note that you will need to use Internet Exploder to view the site properly. The folks at Boston Dynamics seem to have encountered no insurmountable problems while building a walking (and extremely loud) robot, but apparently the task of designing a website that works with Firefox has proven to be beyond their abilities.

About the Big Dog. I was very impressed with how well it could adapt and regain footing. Although with that loud noise it's not going to be very stealthy is it.
