Get your grub

Normally, I don't post personal photos here, but I thought this one warranted it. My wife works for a grocery store chain as a Director and was invited to the Carolina food conference in Myrtle Beach SC. A three day event sponsored by the vendors who provide stuff to the stores, and she could bring her family for free. They had a room at the hotel called the "Snack Shack" where samples were provided for free and we were told to take as much as we wanted. Well, here is the haul of free stuff from the conference.

As you can see there are multiple layers of goodies to snack. Corporate perks rock!

The main sponsor was Hormel, the makers of the fine product Spam. A lovely and delicious treat and can be made into many products and meals. It adds flavor and pizzazz to any meal! (this posting just got me free pork tenderloin for a month =)
