Congress shows ignorance....again

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Congress is discussing a second economic stimulus bill that could include nearly $15 billion in infrastructure spending, a senior member of the House of Representatives told Reuters on Tuesday.

One thing, only a few companies have the equipment and know how, and manpower to do road work, and it being summer, they are all working right now. What it will do is make these companies bid and take the jobs and then spread their assets out to be working on all projects thus making all jobs take longer. They may hire a few extra "unskilled laborers" (put in quotations to mean illegals) but that will be it. The worst part is that Congress will get to do their favorite activity (spend money) and some mooks out there will think they are doing a good thing and vote for them.
