Potable Pipeline

Movin' the booze:

Russian customs officers say they have discovered a mile long pipeline that was pumping vodka to Latvia.

Yeah, but it's vodka. Meh.

If Scottish customs officials were to to find a pipeline to northern England, my interest level would rise considerably...
