How Many Dongs for a Dollar?

Some kids in Vietnam tried to cheat on their SATs. Whatever. I find it far more interesting that the primary currency unit in Vietnam is worth one sixteen-thousandth of a U.S. dollar.

So how's that whole communism gig working out for you? What's that you say? You need a loan? I see... Well, pull my finger and we'll see what ol' Uncle Sam has in his pocket for you...
