It's closer to the truth than you may realize. As a friend of mine discovered when he stayed in Kuwait after the Gulf War to serve as a PMI (Primary Marksmanship Instructor), Muslims believe that aiming precisely is an insult to Allah and shows a lack of faith in said deity's guidance of the bullet towards the infidels.
