Gotta Light?

The newest StupidPrison™ inductee:

Around 6 a.m., a man walked into the Peterborough police station on Water Street and asked the desk sergeant if he could have a light. Police say the man then pulled out a crack pipe containing a small amount of crack. He was immediately arrested.

A little early in the morning for crack, isn't it?
