Egg-Sucking Dogs

Some Canadian politicians were hiding illegal campaign donations by routing it through constituents' children's names. In one case, three young children donated 5,400 Canadian dollars each, (that's $4,900 in real dollars).

The response from a political opponent:

"The Liberal Party is like an egg-sucking dog ... they dig under the fence to get at that money and they just can't be cured. With an egg-sucking dog, all you can do is put them down," said New Democrat legislator Pat Martin.

And that's your Quote of the Week, folks.
