Perhaps it is only because this occurred in England--but I can't help noticing that the press referred to her as a "vicious little cow." If this had happened in America, we would probably see a lot of hand wringing liberals, agonizing over how society (evil conservatives)failed her and how we can help the poor misunderstood, unfortunate child--Michelle
