Return of the Orient Express

Here is a trend I'd like to see grow: luxury train tourism. I'd happily pay $7,000 (ahem... I meant $14,000, dear) to ride the old Orient Express from Paris to Istanbul in true luxury. I'd prefer it over an ocean cruise, in fact.
