Intentionally Accidental

I am sorry--they are saying that it wasn't an accident because the pissant meant to hit his girlfriend. I must be missing something. He hit other people. He didn't mean to hit other people. Couldn't it be argued that unless he specifically meant to hit that poor woman that it was an accident--from Farmer's convoluted, assinine logic of course---M
