Finally!

The Colorado State Patrol has started ticketing for geezering. 'Bout damned time, as this issue causes more hate and discontent on the freeway than any other driver error. If you're in the left lane, and people are passing you on the right, you are wrong--no matter what your current speed.

This is like my holy grail... If we could pass that here in Florida (no chance in hell) then we could eliminate 90% of our freeway congestion and wouldn't have to pay to widen the roads (which won't help because of the !@$%@#$ geezers).
