Q: What's more slimy and disgusting than a tort lawyer?

A: A tort lawyer who works for the government.

Greedy little bastards got their hands slapped by the D.C. Circuit Court. Ha-ha.

On the down-side, this just means they'll go back to scheming another way to steal money directly from Joe Public, instead of using Joe Camel as a launderer.
