A Very Chicago Fourth

60 shot, 8 dead in Chicago over Fourth of July weekend.

What?! A 13% hit-to-kill ratio? That's pathetic. Y'all had bumped it up to double that back in December! More range time, dammit! And remember, "sight dope" is not referring to what happens when you spot a crack dealer on the corner.
