Yee Behind Bars

Leland Yee, the former Democrat Senator from California, was sentenced to federal prison yesterday. Yee was a staunch lefty and one of the party's loudest voices for gun control.

He was convicted of gun trafficking.

He was, in other words, a big embarrassment to them. It's therefore no surprise that not only didn't you hear about it on television, but when you do a search for his name on the major news outlet sites -- CNN, MSBNC, et al -- you get nothing but crickets. If Yee had been a disgraced Republican politician, it would have been a 24-hour non-stop gloat fest on every channel.
