"The probation report writer concludes your risk to the public is increasing and is considered medium to high. You take little responsibility for your actions and tend to blame others.

"You have a bad record for violence and are quite clearly unable to control your emotions and actions. In a case of this sort there is no alternative to immediate custody."

I can't imagine any circumstances under which this creature could become a useful part of the human race. An extensive rap sheet, the crossed eyes and misspelled jailhouse tats all combine into a very convincing argument for euthanasia. The delusion that genetic defectives like this Edward Boulton can be reformed into good citizens is a cancer eating away at the heart of Western civilization. We spend a fortune in taxpayer funds incarcerating an ever-increasing number of useless animals like this one for their entire span of existence. I simply fail to see the point.
