Leaning on the rudder

Oh look: Resident Obama and the mainstream media, both of whom were all for police bodycams when the idea came up during the Ferguson debacle, have now realized the grievousness of their error and are frantically reversing course. Why? I point you at commenter Jack5678 from the linked article:

Jack5678: "99% of body camera films will show not POLICE brutality and racism, but will actually show what dangerous, insane violent thugs the police have to deal with everyday. The body cameras will exonerate the police, not indict them. If Darren Wilson had a body camera, the public would have been shocked at Michael Brown’s savage and aggressive violence against the police officer and all sympathy would have evaporated."

The leftists in the media rely on "controlling the narrative" (i.e., lying) in order to maintain their self-appointed positions as kingmakers. The last thing they want is objective evidence contradicting their carefully constructed fantasy world.
