How about no?

Beggars:

The United Nations appealed Monday for $16.4 billion to pay for global humanitarian needs in 2015, saying it needs that money to help 57.5 million of the world's most vulnerable people. More than 40 percent of the appeal — $7.2 billion — would go to help 18.2 million people suffering from the war in Syria.

You'd think they could at least squeegee our windshield in an attempt to guilt us into giving them money. It wouldn't work, of course, but it'd be nice if they'd make a minimal effort to appear useful. I guess when you've been the most successful bum in the world for so many decades, you start to take it for granted that people will keep throwing money at you.

Here's a better idea: the United States withdraws from the U.N. and sells guns to everybody in the Middle East, allowing them to kill each other with greater speed and efficiency. Win-win!
