Mad Max, Russian-style

He's heading for civilization! Russian (or some flavor of ex-Soviet) cops chasing a crazy dude in a car carrier which I assume is stolen. The fun part comes at about 5:00 when the cops pull ahead, park their car, then get out and throw rocks at him as he whizzes by. I guess they ran out of bullets.
