The Great Space DVR

Apparently old TV programs broadcast decades ago have been bouncing back to earth.  Bouncing back off of what?  They don't know (my money is on an alien invasion fleet).  But at least some enterprising lads at the BBC have decide to take advantage of this opportunity to recover old lost episodes of Dr Who.  "We now know these are original broadcasts. So far we have recovered about 7 weeks of old television signals from space."
