Make sure kids grow up not experiencing life

Raising and educating new generations of socialists is demanding, time consuming task requiring the educators to be on constant vigil for items that make the juveniles independent, strong, and competitive. Can't have any of that nonsense. Protection from injuries is just a smoke screen. I expected California first before New York, but not by long.
