I do love a good rant....

In a discussion about the ongoing misery in NY and NJ in the aftermath of Sandy, a regular Left commenter (Davenport) tries to extol the competency and effectiveness of Public Sector and Union run efforts in the cleanup vs Private Sector efforts.  Well another commenter (Phantom) has clearly had a bellyful of Davenport and lets lose a wonderful fusillade, much to the enjoyment of onlookers.
