Love him or hate him, I think he nailed it with this quote. (personally I think he is a great actor)

I am constantly flummoxed by how much some people are enthralled by the political opinions of celebrities. You would think that they would realize that an actor is paid to express emotion, not intelligence. I once heard someone assert that Bill Maher's progressive propaganda show was a fair representation because they have "a lot of celebrities with diverse opinions". Yeah, sure.. Hollywood is known for its political diversity. They have both progressives AND liberals.

I guess some peoples' analytical skills never progress past "Ooo! Pretty!" But then again, if they had any analytical skills, they wouldn't be liberals.

Pretty much nobody -- least of all the Chinese.

I think Mr Pitt should chair an intervention for a few of his busybody Hollywood comrades. In some cases -- Susan Sarandon and Sean Penn leap to mind -- shock therapy may be required, followed by waterboarding. Or is that shock therapy WHILE waterboarding? I forget.
