Public Service Announcement

Continuing their philosophy of "If it ain't broke, tinker with it until it is," Google is about to deploy a "new look" for Blogger. I anticipate this will completely pork the website, since Mr Murphy absolutely adores me and craves my constant attention.

So if you pop by for a visit in the next couple of weeks and are presented with something that looks like the love child of a 404 error and a Dadaist improvisation, you'll know what's happened. Just give me a few days and I'm sure I'll be able to repair their "improvements." Or I'll go on a killing spree. Whichever.

From what I can tell the change appears to be limited to the admin interface so far. That being said I did migrate to the the new structure they implemented a couple a years ago which did involve a bit of tweaking. So, I don't know if that has made this latest change easier more limited in impact or not. Your mileage may vary as they say.
