The "scantily-clad woman" is a cartoon in a bikini. I've seen lewder illustrations in the Christian Bible. Of course, a quick GIS of MP Kate Green makes it clear you would not want to see her in a bikini. In fact, a paper bag to the head would increase her attractiveness considerably.
A local brewery here in the Houston area makes a really good light ale named Bombshell Blonde. There's even a "scantily-clad woman" on the packaging. Think I'll mail MP Killjoy a six-pack.

My anger will only be assuaged with a case of beer.
On a side note, I always wondered what MP meant in Britain, because there seems to be a lot of them and they always seem to be making the news. My first inclination was that the newspapers were calling them MP's instead of Meddling Persons, since they are always in someone else's business and trying to tell everyone else what to do.
Then I thought maybe it stood for Moronic Prattler since they seem to be saying some of the most pants on head retarded stuff ever uttered using language. I went on the web and Lo' and behold it means Member of Parliament. This was a most frightening revelation. This means that these people are ELECTED! I'm sure this means that the election of President Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Comacho is just around the corner.
If the hissy-fit is impressive enough to get you in the news, I most certainly will.
This blog has more than one reader so technically it classifies as news. All we have to do is post our hissy-fit and Jar will send us beer. Who will second the motion?
