Nabbed

Guess they missed out on the two-level effect with a little path running down the middle...

According to a victim in a Johnson City police report, Cody S. Smith...grabbed a woman’s purse from her shopping cart at Rugged Warehouse around 3 p.m. Sunday.

She reportedly chased Smith and another man, Brett L. Dixon...out of the store.

Smith got stuck in some shrubbery outside of the store.
