WAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!
Some chick with no arms and legs (we'll just call her Bobette) is getting her knickers in a twist because she can't make the cheer squad. That's a head-scratcher, huh? Her parents, who are idiots, are displaying their sub-standard intelligence to the entire planet:
Enough.
ENOUGH.
ENOUGH stupidity. Stop it. Sit down, clench your teeth together, and cease generating mouth noises.
I have had it up to my eyebrows with people finding every conceivable reason to whine, cry, bitch, moan, complain, and kvetch. Life isn't fair; get over it and do the best you can. Don't expect the rules of life to change to accommodate the fact that you're a cripple, a retard, or some other evolutionary dead end. Suck it up and deal with it, because I'm sick to death of the constant, low-level whine in the background of modern American society.
Now go back to work; that's why you're paid. (Unless you're employed by the government, a university or the ACLU -- in which case I have no idea why you're paid, but it certainly doesn't involve compensation for honest work.)

Last month, she and her parents, Mike and Carolyn Sullivan, asked the Aurora school board to correct what they see as “scoring errors” in her tryout evaluations this spring, saying she was given no accommodation for her disability.

At least the school board did not cave in on this. This would have been political correctness run amok if it had been allowed. Now if the squad wanted to make her an honorary member I have no problems, but this whole "I didn't get my way, so I'm gonna sue" mentality has to cease.
