Herman Cain

I'm really starting to like this guy as a potential presidential candidate. It looks like he might declare this weekend.

Mr. Cain was raised in a poor family in Georgia. He earned degrees in mathematics and computer science, worked for the Navy as a researcher, was a seated member of the Federal Reserve Board and has been an executive and CEO of several major corporations. He is very smart, he's a very strong fiscal conservative, and he is a fantastic public speaker, (as you'll see when you watch the video).

I say let's elect this man.

Won't work. Since he's Conservative, an "Uncle Tom" if you will, the fence-sitting Democrats will not vote for him, and the Liberals will threaten him and hound him until he gives up. Afterall, the office of the Presidency isn't worth that much aggravation.

Against my better judgment, I am with Egghead on this one.

Who cares what Democrats or the so-called "liberals" think? We have seen their "best and brightest" at work and anyone who still supports the current administration has their head so far up their ass that it would make Escher go cross-eyed. Their "progressive" agenda has been exposed as nothing more than childish name-calling and political favors exchanged for votes. Their lapdogs in the media are bleeding subscribers by the day. They may be loud and obnoxious, but their days of influence are waning as the silent majority is waking from their long slumber and has started electing responsible adults again. Any worthwhile conservative candidate should be able to campaign against their record and win handily.
